Since 2015 till the date, he has been part of the tax controversy and litigation area of two of the top Law Firms in Mexico City.

He has been involved in controversy and litigation of direct and indirect taxes, application of GAARs and BEPS as well as transfer pricing matters and application of Tax Treaties, among others. Carrying on tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities to settle and drafting administrative appeals, annulment claims and constitutional claims before the Federal Tax Court, District Court, Collegiate Court and Supreme Court of Justice.
