In 2020, he joined a leading Italian MNE, dedicated to Private Equity investments worldwide.
Directly reporting to the CEO, his core accountabilities are to manage, steer, coordinate and review all Company’s tax activities, at both domestic and international level (e.g. ordinary compliance obligations; TP; Double tax treaties’ application; DAC6; FATCA and CRS; tax litigation and rulings; etc.).
Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law by the University of Amsterdam and IBFD in 2020.
He is also dedicated to academic activities, lecturing and writing papers on international tax topics. In 2021, his Adv. LLM thesis on the MLI interpretation has been awarded of the IFA President YIN Scientific award.
